In the race to be first they don't even wait until the combine to put their rankings together. A few of their projections will make them look like geniuses, but for the most part all of them are worthless when it comes to mocks. The information in strengths/weaknesses, etc. might be fine, but the mocks are no better than the ones that we'll put together over the next couple weeks - if not worse. ... That's most of them. The Sporting News publication sounds absolutely worthless and I'm glad I haven't dropped any cash on it. Any publication listing T. Jackson as elite isn't worth the money you spend for the rag much less the ink the parent company paid to publish it. The problem most of these publications have is that they are produced too early.
