I could name another twenty just as worthy. Here are a few great ones off the top of my head: Bill Arnsparger, Buddy Ryan, Monte Clark, Monte Kiffin, Lindy Infante, Ernie Stautner (in as a player), Tom Moore, and Dan Henning. Most end up being Head Coaches. Should they be recognized in the HOF for failing as Head Coaches? And do you draw the line at Coordinators? What about Joe Bugel or Howard Mudd who are great OL Coaches? Frankly, IMO I think 21 Coaches are too many in the HOF. I wouldn't of put Levy, Stram, Madden and Allen in the HOF.
