We’re seven weeks in and we might as well admit – none of us know what the hell is going to happen next.

Devonta Freeman leads the league in rushing, followed by the scrap heap duo of Chris Johnson and Doug Martin. Meanwhile Aaron Rodgers is throwing two picks and ranking somewhere in the middle of the pack in passing yards.

And our writers continue to be all over the dart board when it comes to picking games. This week it was Tony’s turn to post an 11-3 mark, while Andy dropped to the bottom at 8-6. Everyone else was in the middle.

And with a quick glance at this week’s docket, it appears as though the results likely will be much the same.

Here are the standings:

  Week 7 Overall
Tony 11-3 70-35
Maggio 10-4 69-36
Rich 9-5 68-37
Vomhof 9-5 60-45
Andy 8-6 69-36

And here we go again. Our picks for week 8:

Game of the Week: Green Bay at Denver – I’ve been complaining for the last couple weeks about a shortage of clear-cut, marquee games on the slate. There aren’t a ton on this week’s calendar either, though there is under performance and injury involved in a couple of these otherwise intriguing match-ups. But the Sunday night tilt should not disappoint. Two 6-0 teams clash on NBC. Peyton Manning gets another nationally televised game on his (hopefully) retirement tour while Aaron Rodgers and Co. hope to continue their streak in a hostile environment. I don’t think this is necessarily a preview of the Super Bowl, but it definitely is a head-to-head game between two teams who will be in the mix to end their season fighting for the Lombardi Trophy in Super Bowl 50.

Game of the Weak: Detroit vs Kansas City in London – Is anyone else getting bored with the London thing? Once a year it’s entertaining to wake up and see football at 8:30 a.m. central from across the globe. The rest of the time it’s pretty meh. And the games they get over there – let me get this straight, Mr. Goodell, you’re trying to entice Europeans to watch the NFL, not turn them off, right? You want to expand there someday? Please. I thought you were a public relations guy. This trash game isn’t going to attract fans. You’ll be lucky if the locals in each of these markets actually get up to watch by halftime.
